I was having difficultly being able to edit a document in a client's database from a link on one of two spreadsheets I use. I called and the tech was very helpful. He patiently explained the problem was with my default browser. He and quickly fixed and explained that I was nothing that I did wrong. He encouraged me to call any time I have the smallest tech problem.
