Joseph of DivergeIT promtply responded to my request & solved my issue quickly! After not being able to sign-on to Zoom for a meeting this morning, I requested the Zoom app be placed on my desktop. He did as I requested and further explained what might be happening. He also answered my questions I had in relation to it. I am excited to now have a working Zoom app!I greatly appreciated his kindness & help today! Thanks again, Joseph! :)Juliette
