I was having trouble with my headset. It was stuck on mute. I could not understand why I was having problems with it, because the headset is new. I contacted DivergeIT. The tech Jesse did a detailed check of the laptop's system. He diagnosed the problem and updated my computer's firmware. Now my headset is working fine.
