My computer had glitched two days in a row even after I had cleared cache and rebooted twice. I called DivergeIT, and the tech asked me describe the error. He diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected it on my laptop. I have had no problems since he updated the firmware, etc. Since then he has followed up. The tech was very helpful, informative, proficient, and thorough.
